Malcolm Greenhalgh B.Ed B.Phil (Ed) - Chief Executive

Malcolm was the initiator and Chairman of Bench Marque Ltd which was formed in 1992. He was responsible for developing the company's business including Ofsted inspections which were taken over by Tribal Education in 2004. From its initiation, Bench Marque grew into one of the most successful private education companies in the UK and overseas with key clients including DfES, QCA, the Greek Ministry and the British Council. Its operation of Ofsted inspections in the school and nursery phases made it one of the countriy's biggest inspection operators.

He is now responsible for MGA's business development and growth. The company has built up a significant client base in the UK and overseas. Clients in the UK include schools in all phases, education authorities and national associations. The company is also forging links into quality assurance and self-evaluation in the health sector and has just been appopinted as Auditors for the Association of Registered Collonic Hydrotherapists.

Caroline McKee B.Ed - Managing Director

Caroline has significant experience in teaching and managing in a wide range of schools in the private and public sectors. More recently, she has put this experience to excellent effect to produce high quality work in the fields of training, consultancy and inspection. Her recent activities include: teaching pupils in challenging circumstances in inner city secondary schools, providing advice and support on school improvement, training teachers, writing core tasks for QCA, developing assessment programs to track pupils’progress and approaches to learning, and inspecting under the new inspection framework. She is currently training inspectors and LEAs on the new inspection framework. Her particular area of expertise is in physical education. Her key responsibility is the development of the major databases the company has spent three years developing. These databases are at the cutting edge of new technology and provide easy to manage data analysis which can be interogated to provide a clear picture of how well pupils and students achieve.

Rob Wilby B.Sc with Honours - Technical Director

Rob has significant experience as an ICT expert within education. Before joining the team at MGA, he worked for ten years with Wessex Associates and Bench Marque Ltd. Those years were spent replacing paper based school inspection systems with offline and online databases that improved the speed and efficiency for inspectors and the teams that supported them. Much of the work for Wessex Associates involved assessing school systems directly, offering advice and technical support and in many cases replacing a schools network completely. He has been responsible for the development of the data programs that are used to generate the web-based BM Assessments and Approaches to Learning programs.
